Fox Haven is currently in pre-opening mode. We are accepting waitlist inquiries now. Families who get on the waitlist early will have first choice of suites when we open.
Fox Haven is intentionally private pay. Medicaid and Medicare come with heavy regulatory requirements that restrict how a home can operate and who it can serve. By staying private pay, Fox Haven maintains the flexibility to provide boutique-level care, hire the best staff, and focus entirely on quality — not compliance paperwork. Families who choose Fox Haven are investing in a fundamentally different experience.
No. Fox Haven is a private-pay facility. We do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or insurance. Residents pay directly (or via long-term care insurance policy, if applicable). This allows us to maintain the boutique level of care we're committed to.
Many long-term care insurance policies cover residential assisted living. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm coverage details and reimbursement rates.
Our opening rate is $9,000/month. Like all care facilities, rates may adjust over time with cost of living and care needs. Any rate changes are communicated well in advance with full transparency. Residents receive a formal residency agreement detailing rate terms.
We work with families when care needs evolve. Our goal is to keep residents at Fox Haven for as long as it's medically appropriate. If a resident requires skilled nursing or memory care beyond what we provide, we will help coordinate a transition and be honest about what's best.
It starts with a tour and conversation. From there, we complete a care assessment, review the residency agreement with family, and coordinate a move-in date. We want the transition to be as smooth and comfortable as possible for everyone.
Schedule a private tour — no obligation, no pressure. Just a conversation about whether Fox Haven is the right fit for your family.
